Conditions
Each package price is for one unit (e.g., one apartment or house). For larger jobs, such as multiple units in the same building or large estates, please contact Snap4Home directly before booking to get a custom quote.
Cleanliness
We all want the object to by tidy and stylish. The agency / owner / tenant ensures that the object is cleaned and prepared to look its best before the photographer arrives. The photographer will not clean and the object will be shot “as is”. Examples on what could be prepared;

Bedroom: Make up the beds and put away clothes and other personal belongings

Bathroom: Remove i. e’ towels, shampoo, soap, make ups, laundry baskets etc.

Kitchen: Store away cutlery, porcelain, dustbins, food processors, food etc.

Hallways & rooms Clear from shoes and clothes

Children’s room Let a kids room be a kids room, put please clear the floor as much as possible from..
Right on time…
Time is valuable, but delays can happen. Let’s agree on a ±15-minute window to account for traffic, meetings, or other unforeseen events.
Drone Pictures
By booking the Drone Picture service, the real estate agency confirms that Snap4Home has the property owner's permission to take off and land the drone on the property. The agency is also responsible for ensuring the property is not in a no-fly zone.
Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a €40 late cancellation fee.
Picture Delivery
"Standard" and "Extra Care" services are usually delivered the next business day.
"Magazine Look" and "Video" require at least two business days.
The location of the object
Provide clear location details to help the photographer avoid delays, especially for new residential areas where map services may not show the address.
If unclear information causes delays in finding the location, a €40 late cancellation fee will apply.
Include details like names on mailboxes or apartment numbers.

Invoices
Invoices are sent by email, and payment is due within 14 days of receipt.
After 30 days, a reminder will be sent.
A second reminder will follow 15 days later.
Late payments will incur interest (ECB rate + 8%) starting from the original due date, with a minimum fee of €50.
If payment is not made, the client will cover all costs, including legal fees, for recovering the outstanding amount.
